1. Your account and workspace

Provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use FiveGen only if you have legal capacity to agree to these terms. Your workspace is private to your account and any assistant you explicitly authorize. You can explicitly publish a snapshot of your landing-page copy and selected VSL recording. Private edits and course lessons are not automatically published. FiveGen provides creator content editing, uploads, growth copy, lead-capture funnels, a CRM, creator voice sources, campaign planning, offer surveys, reporting, and generated media. When configured, Stripe Connect enables one-time customer payments to creators’ connected Stripe accounts, customer access, and paid consulting bookings. Community hosting and the retired referral system remain unavailable.

Every account can create manual drafts, edit content and download its work. You are responsible for recording and reviewing your teaching content and sales video. Lead capture records optional marketing consent; review it before contacting people. Standalone follow-up drafts and campaign-calendar items are not sent automatically. Email sequences run only after you review and activate them. You are responsible for your approved content, sender information, recipient consent and fulfillment. Marketing sequences include unsubscribe handling and stop after a verified live purchase. Keep your own copies of important files. Where upload tools are available, limits are 100 MB per file and 2 GB per workspace.

2. Included generation and credits

Each account includes three complete AI product runs and 20 AI planning messages per UTC calendar month. Free accounts also receive 60 AI credits per UTC calendar month, available for images, writing or other eligible generation. The credit balance resets at 00:00 UTC on the first of the month. Paid accounts use their subscription allowance instead of this free credit pool. Unused free allowances do not roll over. A product run includes its outline, sections, supporting files and launch copy. It counts when the first successful content is saved. Pausing or retrying continues the same run; stopping and starting a new generation counts as another run. Failures before any content is saved return the free run. Failed planning calls return their free message allowance.

Growth-copy and campaign generation use the displayed text-step rate. Voice transcription has its own displayed credit charge. Review source permissions, transcripts, and generated claims before approving them for use. It does not consume the legacy product-run allowance. Additional legacy product runs, planning messages and individual rewrites also use credits at the displayed text-step rate. Images and videos always use credits, including when you have unused free product runs. Most products take 5–12 content steps; longer formats can take up to 32. Rates and maximum authorized costs are shown before paid generation. Confirmed failed calls return reserved credits. Daily service capacity limits may delay generation.

One-time credit packs do not expire and do not renew or automatically recharge. Credits cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used outside FiveGen. Refunds and chargebacks reverse associated credits proportionately and may leave a negative balance when those credits were already used. Failed generation credits are restored to their original balance; an expired monthly credit period does not restart.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Free has no monthly subscription charge. Creator Pro costs USD $29 per month and includes 2,000 AI credits per paid month for new purchases. Scale costs USD $99 per month and includes 6,000 AI credits per paid month. The pricing page shows the available plans and one-time credit packs. New subscriptions are monthly and release their included credits on each paid monthly anniversary, adjusted to the last day of shorter months where needed. Existing Pro subscriptions with a 2,500-credit allowance and earlier Pro annual and Studio subscriptions retain their original price, renewal interval, and included credits; annual legacy plans are charged for the full year and release credits monthly. Unused subscription credits expire at the next monthly anniversary and do not roll over. Subscription credits are used before purchased credits.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage future renewals and invoices in Account & billing. Scheduled cancellation does not stop your credits while the subscription remains active and its period is paid. Paused, past-due or canceled subscriptions do not grant usable subscription credits; existing private files and purchased credit balances remain available. Restored active status can restore unexpired unused subscription credits. New credits require a verified paid period. Subscriptions cannot be switched within a paid period from FiveGen; use a top-up when you need additional capacity.

New purchases of FiveGen AI credits are processed by Stripe using cards, Link, or supported Apple Pay and Google Pay wallets. Prices are listed in USD and the final total is shown before you authorize payment. Wallet availability depends on your device, browser, location and wallet setup. Earlier Paddle purchases continue under their original billing arrangements. There is no FiveGen commission on your own use or independent external sale of downloaded work. Sandbox transactions are tests and do not purchase production AI capacity.

4. Your content and responsible use

You retain your rights in material you provide and grant FiveGen permission to store and process it to operate your workspace and the AI actions you request. Only submit material you have the right to use. AI providers process prompts and relevant product content to produce output. Our Privacy Policy describes these data flows.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other output. Review facts, originality, third-party rights, code safety and suitability before using or distributing a product. FiveGen does not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, earnings, business outcomes or professional accuracy. Use generated code only after reviewing it. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or abusive material, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass access controls or generation limits.

5. Creator sales and fees

For each new product checkout created under this fee policy, FiveGen collects a platform fee based on the creator’s eligible plan: 5% on Free, 3% on Creator Pro, and 0% on Scale. Eligible earlier Pro and Studio subscriptions receive the 3% rate while their paid period is active. The fee is calculated from the product price charged to the customer and rounded to the nearest smallest currency unit. This fee is deducted from the creator’s proceeds; it is not added on top of the customer’s displayed price. Stripe processing fees are separate, vary by the payment and connected account, and are also deducted from the creator’s proceeds. FiveGen does not set or guarantee Stripe’s processing rate.

Your dashboard shows verified sales, Stripe fees, FiveGen fees, and earnings after both fees. Where Stripe converts a payment, the settlement currency and amounts can differ from the customer’s payment currency. Fee amounts remain pending until Stripe supplies its accounting information. Earnings are not a promise of an immediately available bank payout; Stripe determines settlement availability and payout timing. Refunds and disputes can affect your balance and incur additional costs; check your Stripe account for those adjustments. Refunded or revoked purchases are excluded from FiveGen’s current earnings totals.

A reduced sale fee requires a verified paid subscription period in the payment environment used for the sale. The fee for each checkout is fixed when that checkout is created. Scheduled cancellation retains the current rate until paid access ends; a paused, past-due, unpaid, expired, canceled, or fully refunded subscription does not grant a reduced rate. Spending your included credits does not change your sale-fee rate. One-time credit packs add AI credits without changing your plan or sale fee. Earlier sales and checkout sessions keep their original recorded fees; plan changes do not retroactively change them. Creators are responsible for their product, delivery, refund obligations and applicable taxes.

6. Historical purchases, availability and support

The previous marketplace and payout system remains retired. New creator checkout uses separate Stripe Connect direct charges. Creators set their offers and prices and deliver their own products; Stripe handles their connected-account payment and payout arrangements. Customer access is granted after payment verification and revoked following refunds (including partial refunds) or disputes. Disputed access is not restored automatically; contact support for review. Consulting purchases currently include one bookable session. Historical transaction records are retained for fulfillment, billing support, refunds and disputes; prior purchases remain subject to their original transaction terms. Contact us with your receipt for help with an earlier purchase.

We may change the service, suspend misuse or update these terms. Material changes require renewed acceptance when you next use your workspace. Service availability is subject to provider capacity and maintenance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
