Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information used to operate your FiveGen growth workspace. Contact kamzewac@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.

1. Information we process

We process your sign-in identifier, name and email; the terms version you accepted; your ideas, planning conversations, growth briefs, product content, uploaded recordings, files and generated media; published landing-page snapshots; lead names, email addresses, consent records, status and private notes; creator voice transcripts and source approvals; campaign drafts and publishing reminders; offer-survey snapshots and responses; anonymous landing-page activity; approved email sequences, delivery attempts and unsubscribe records; customer entitlements and consulting bookings; your credit usage and generation status; and the billing identifiers and transaction records needed to confirm purchases, subscriptions, refunds and disputes. Requests may also produce technical logs, including timing, errors and network information used to protect the service.

Google handles Google sign-in. If you choose email and password, FiveGen stores a salted password hash and uses expiring verification and reset links to protect your account. Passwords are not emailed or returned to the browser. New purchases of FiveGen credits use Apple Pay or Google Pay, securely processed by Stripe. Purchases from a creator use Stripe Checkout with payment processing on that creator’s connected Stripe account. FiveGen stores billing references and fulfillment records rather than your complete card details. Apple, Google and Stripe process the payment information needed to authorize your wallet payment. Records from earlier Paddle purchases and the previous storefront system remain for fulfillment and payment support.

2. Why we use this information

We use account and project information to authenticate you, save your work, answer planning messages, draft growth copy and media, publish landing pages you choose to publish, record requested signups in your CRM, prepare downloads, track generation limits, and provide support. We use billing records to deliver credits, operate subscriptions, verify creator-product purchases, grant customer access, and reflect refunds or disputes. We use recorded launch activity to show creators their visits, leads, bookings, and sales. Offer surveys collect stated preferences and optional contact details for responding to feedback; survey participation does not subscribe someone to marketing. We retain necessary records for fraud prevention, security, disputes and applicable legal obligations.

Depending on the information and applicable law, this processing is necessary to provide the service you request, comply with legal obligations, protect our legitimate interests in a secure service, or act on your consent where required.

3. AI and service providers

When you request AI generation, the relevant prompt, conversation context, product content or creator-approved voice-library text is sent to the platform’s configured text provider, OpenAI or Anthropic. When you request transcription, the selected recording is sent to OpenAI. Image and video prompts are sent to fal.ai and its model infrastructure. Generated files and media are stored so you can retrieve them. These providers process data under their own applicable service terms and privacy practices. Avoid submitting secrets or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for generation.

Our hosting infrastructure stores and serves your workspace. Google supplies Google authentication, Stripe supplies wallet checkout, creator payments and billing; Paddle continues to service earlier purchases. Resend processes account verification, password reset and purchase-confirmation emails, along with creator-approved sequences and their recipients and delivery records. Service providers may process information in countries different from your own.

4. Access and connected assistants

Workspace access requires your signed-in account or an assistant connection you explicitly authorize. A landing page you publish is public and includes its saved copy and the VSL recording you explicitly select. Your private lesson content, growth interview, and drafts are not included in landing pages. A verified buyer can access the lessons and resources in their purchased product. Voice-library recordings remain creator-only. Consulting customers with confirmed bookings can see the creator’s private meeting link. You can unpublish the page; visitors may already have saved a copy. When a visitor signs up, their name, email, request source, and optional marketing consent are available to the creator in CRM. A request does not automatically opt the visitor into marketing. The separate Automations feature sends only sequences a creator explicitly approves and activates. Marketing sequences require recorded consent, stop after a verified live purchase, and include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing suppresses marketing from that creator. Purchase onboarding requires an active verified purchase and is separate from marketing. Campaign calendar reminders do not post to social networks or send emails. If you previously used FiveGen’s publishing features, content you chose to publish and related fulfillment information may have been shared with customers. Connected assistants can access and act on your workspace within their granted permissions; you can revoke them in Connect assistant. Support or operational access may be needed to resolve problems, investigate abuse or meet legal obligations. Private workspace access does not mean end-to-end encryption.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Authentication uses secure session cookies on HTTPS. Email-verification and password-reset links contain temporary credentials; keep these links private. Browser storage can preserve an unfinished idea, a temporary checkout reference, your lesson or challenge progress on that device, and per-page random session identifiers for approximate daily visitor counts and survey deduplication. Landing-page event collection respects the browser’s Do Not Track preference and does not store visitor email addresses or IP addresses in event records. Customer access uses a secure HTTP-only purchase cookie where HTTPS is available; signed-in customers can also recover purchases through their verified matching email. Stripe, wallet providers, legacy billing providers and authentication providers may use storage necessary for their own checkout, security or sign-in functions. You can clear browser storage, but this may sign you out or discard an unsent idea.

6. Retention and your choices

Projects and conversations are stored to support your ongoing workspace. Billing and audit records may be retained separately for fulfillment, accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention and disputes. Back up important work using the download controls.

Contact kamzewac@gmail.com to request access, correction, export or deletion of account information, or to raise an objection or other privacy request available under your local law. We may need to verify your account and retain information required for legal or billing purposes. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority where applicable.

7. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as FiveGen changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes affecting your use of the service may be presented when you next sign in.
